We have a strict "easy refund" policy. If at anytime, you feel that our product was not worth the price, we will either provide you a new bag of Mahtzee or a full refund. You don't need to send us the product back. You don't need to show pictures or proof. We just ask that you provide us some details so we can improve the Mahtzee experience.
